I wish I could give them less than 1 star rating. -1 do not recommend. The employee buzzed me in but never greeted me. She wore a headscarf with a bonnet. Extremely unprofessional. I live to patronize Black Owned spots but employees need to have customer service training. The items are extremely over priced. I researched the prices of some items and the marked up but 25%.
I would give five stars but just like the other lady said the woman didn't even want to open the door for me to even purchase anything and when she finally let me in about 5 to 10 minutes after I kept on trying to pull the door open She had an attitude.. She didn't want to answer none of my questions She just had this bad attitude and a stank look on her face like why you at work lady... I didn't even purchase nothing I just walked out... This was Sunday evening... A skinny black girl and she was the only one there
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They need to fire the African American woman who works in there as of September 17th working ay around 11:30 pm. We walked to the door waiting to be bussed in even after she looked at us. Then we rang the button twice before she looked back up. She unlocked the door, and we greeted her . Showed up during business hours, lights on and OPEN sign on in window, but nobody there. Entrance padlocked from the outside, no sign saying when they’d be back.
