TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE! The menu isn’t very authentic but the few times I’ve been to the Heights location service was abysmal, we walked out the other day after waiting at our table for 10 minutes with zero service while all the tables around us were getting attention.
came here from out of state, a family member said they did not have pork and was koshe r... this was a new location that apparently had pork (as waitress stated) we also got a turkey sandwich missing the turkey. waitress was a bit off, food was ok but disappointed that it wasn't truly a "Jewish/kosher" diner..

Absolutely terrible food - I ordered pasta and it was so soft and overcooked. Not even close to al dente. Tasteless shrimp. Coffee was absolutely worst diner coffee I’ve had - weak and gray and flavorless. I’ve had Katz coffee in other places and it’s been good so either their filter machine isn’t working or they’re not using correct amount of coffee. Very attractive interior and we had a lovely waitress - kitchen and management need to get the food service fixed.
I ordered a philly cheese steak. There was More bread and cheese than there was Steak. Will not be eating there again. So basically a cheese sandwich.
I ordered the Monte Kristdo, the sandwhich was a huge disappointment. The bread was soggy a d the sandwhich was not well made.
To have a large patio during a pandemic which was less than half utilized and tell us they didn’t have outside available is not socially responsible. During a pandemic and a nice day out, staff your patio!
Manager should have the courage to speak to guest who allowed their DOG to EAT OFF A TABLE. Dogs allowed on the patio is one thing; dogs allowed to sit on the seat next to their person is another; said person placing treats ON THE TABLETOP for the DOG TO EAT OFF THE TABLE is QUITE ANOTHER. I reported this to a manager (short, nearly hairless, non-white male) who said, "I'll check into it." CHECK INTO IT??? What does THAT mean??
It was our first time there and it was a HUGE let down. I hat the chicken cutlets and they looked and tasted like they sat in grease for an hour. The Mac n chz tasted like it had been microwaved. We ate our food because the prices were a little high and I did not want to waste it. My husband did not like his food either. Very disappointed.
