Horrible experience we had. The portions were small for the price. No fries come with sandwiches. No other deli’s do this that we have been to. $4.00 to add fries and you get about 10 fires. So sad. We asked for some thousand island and ranch. We got charged over $5 dollars for ranch and thousand island. Surprised we didn’t get charged for ketchup. Black and white cook was so dry. Katz's never kloses, but it should. Ever since the "revamp" the quality and service has gone downhill. Would you wait 30 minutes for your app to not arrive?
its 2am and Katz's is having some sort of Delivery which is very noisy for a residential area. A very bad neighbor to the residents.
RecommendedThe food was good, but we were the first people to sit at the bar was were ignored during our time. She helped everyone else as they sat down and would start taking our order and walked away as we talked to help someone else. Luckily, there was a male there that checked on us. Very disappointing since out of the 3 of us. This was my first time there!
I shouldn't have to specifically ask for some silverware or napkins, or my drink, after my food was served? I mean, c'mon, it wasn't like the place was packed. if I'm gonna spend $20 for lunch, at least give me "fair" service, huh? This was my first visit to Katz, which I'd always wanted to try for years. Y'all failed to win me over for any further visits.
They required a mask so I spent my money and tipped well at another restaurant. Texas doesn’t have a mask mandate my choice. You have the right to require and I have a right to spend my hard earned money and tip waiters and waitress at facilities that allow me to choose mask or no mask.

Always overpriced and under quality.
Very disappointing experience today (Christmas Day). Had called 2 days ago to get confirmation all menu items were available 'to go' on Christmas; was assured they would be. Called Xmas day morning to place order for pickup; was then told only extremely limited menu was available for takeout; couldn't even order a pastrami/corned beef sandwich .
