The people we worked with were pleasant, friendly and very professional. The electronic process made it simple, but my husband, who isn't computer literate didn't feel a part of the process with everything being on-line. I think he missed the face to face contact & felt a little out of the loop not being able to ask more questions throughout the process. But, all in all we are very happy and grateful for those involved and for our new home!

Beau was such a pleasure to work with. We were first time home buyers (and builders) so we were obviously anxious and a bit scared. Beau made the whole mortgage aspect flow seamlessly. When we had a question or needed clarification he was quick to respond and broke things down in a way that made it easier for us to understand.
