Brian provides an attention to detail that has surpassed all of my prior home buying experiences. Brian helped me while on vacation to ensure that my family had our dream home. He delivered on time and was able to provide an APR that hasn’t been seen in 3 years. My wife cried out of joy at closing because what Brian was able to negotiate for our family.
