Chris was absolutely amazing. From the moment my husband and I first put in our application for the loan he was very professional, patient and very kind. He continuously contacted us every week and asked if we had any questions. At closing, thing got a little hectic due but Chris was always calm and very reassuring.

Chris consistently provided us with weekly updates (at times, more frequently) on the progress of our loan. He was also very patient and helpful with my requests for information on multiple loan terms. Overall, great customer experience and I hope to work with Chris again in the future!

Chris was excellent with his communication and service, but at some point there was some confusion about the information that I needed to turn in. Also, I'd like to suggest to always provide a secure link when requesting personal information. The internet is not very safe and sensitive information should not be exchange unless there is a secure means.
