Wish there was something between "ok" and "great"! Didn't want her dinged for "ok," so I went with "great." Cindy was very communicative and helpful with making sure our rate was locked in at a good time. The fact that we have successfully made it here to the move-in stage is a big achievement! My constructive feedback would be that she speaks very technically and quickly on the phone, so we often had to have her repeat information a few times before we fully understood it.
