Throughout the entire home-buying process, Cindy has always been responsive to any questions I had especially as a first time homebuyer, explaining thoroughly without any reservation. Her professionalism, quality of service, and attitude made the journey enjoyable for me even when issues popped up due to circumstances (i.e. supply shortage, builder delays) that were out of control.
