The communication was great and she was encouraging throughout the whole process. Although there were times that were a bit overwhelming, she provided adequate support which helped me feel at ease.
The key is the amount of communication we had from the beginning till the day of closing. Past experience was rough mainly because of the lack of communication, technology has made an impact on improved communications.
