Denise is very competent, and patient which makes what can be a stressful time easier. Also being very attentive and responsive was important for us with this experience and Denise was. She was able to address problems quickly and resolve them. I never felt we were being neglected and the service was always kept on a personal level, and that’s important.
The communication was very good. We were informed on all changes that were made and what would work best for us as a buyer.
As a first time home buyer, Denise was super helpful during the loan process explaining how it works and the terms. When I had to choose the lender, she did a great job giving me options that I considered the best to my interests and that is why I chose KB as my lender.
