Jayson provided accurate and timely information. Unfortunately he could only communicate the information that was forwarded to him. Far to often his subordinates were slow or had to repeat requests for information from us which slowed the process. Jayson showed professional and knowledgeable abilities and was always courteous. I feel overall the system works and works well.
