For a first time home buyer or someone who is taking the biggest step of their life financially and emotionally, a buyer would prefer someone that would be prompt, accessible and make them feel comfortable throughout the mortgage process. Josie was the one for us that every time I was nervous or stressed or had stupid questions, she answered with the same positive attitude and has always been super responsive to everything.
