Michelle has been an amazing loan officer to work with! She’s been super helpful throughout the whole process and even up to the closing date has been someone we felt we could reach out to for help! If we do buy a KB Home in the future we hope we can work with her again!

Michelle is the best when it comes to communicating, checking in, and following up. This is my first build and Michelle clearly checked in more frequent, and explained the process/info better than the people who were supposed to explain it to me! 10/10 without a doubt and would recommend her to any of my family and friends.
