I naturally worry more than the average person. As a first-time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous about the whole process and Paulette was always a phone call away to answer my concerns. She would work well into the weekend, and call later in the evening if I needed her. Personally, I feel she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the process and that we understood all of our fees and payments. With home buying such a big commitment, she helped us feel great about our buy.
