First time home buyers with a VA loan can be very challenging on both sides but Robert made it very simple and easy. He answered my calls every time and my questions. He made our process of buying our home a little less stressful. He was there at closing and was very pleasing for my wife and I to finally meet him in person. Robert was very knowledgeable and understanding from the first day we met him and made sure to assure us this process was not as scary as it seems. If I ever had a question or concern Robert would respond in some form of communication to ensure it was resolved in a timely manner. I will have to tell you everything he said would happen did happen and it is nice to see his words backed up his actions. In today’s world it is hard to find people like people at KB home who say something will happen.
