Simon was extremely professional throughout the entire process. From the very beginning Simon reached out and answered all of our questions. He was always very prompt each time we emailed him with an inquiry. Towards the end, Simon was unaware that we didn't have a walk-through of the home. Once we advised him of the situation, Simon reached out to Sales and the Builder to make sure things were handled in a prompt manner.
