Keith and his partner did a great job! Answered all my questions. He was nice enough to move my patio furniture so it wouldn’t get dirty.
When my wife canceled your service via text you immediately called her. During this phone call you called her a Karen, a bitch, and a whore. After she hung up on you, you immediately called her back and continued to harass her to the point where she hung up and blocked your number. You are aggressive and unprofessional
Anything but professional. Argued with my neighbor and insulted me. Had to be called back to properly clean a gutter that was plugged!
I am a previous employee and I've worked for the man for 2 yrs and not only do I know the first time customer discount is not a discount.. he let me go and refuses to pay me for the work I did.
I appreciate your company doing more than discussed but showing up at the house with no warning and performing the work is not acceptable after I called and canceled the service. You own a business so you can't say you never received the call.
