Debbie, I am sorry you feel that way. I dont believe you had the work done by us. We would never paint a grout line without cleaning the entire surface rigorously. And grout lines will get dirty again if dirt gets on top of the finish and it is not cleaned off.

RecommendedI highly recommend KC Tile Restoration for any floor tile repair work. I had several floor tiles buckle(called “tenting”) and I needed the floor tiles to be reset and re-grouted. I did not have any extra tiles. They were able to remove about 10 floor tiles without any breakage, clean the underlining surface, and then reset and re-grout the tiles. I thought their price was fair and their workmanship was excellent.
