My water heater problem was taken care of very quickly. I was very pleased with Kim Patterson who dealt with the issue and Our maintenence man Doyle was able to fix the problem in minutes.

Ima local resident an have noticed a growing population of white tailed deer growing in our community an have concerns about a potential threat of CWD being spread amongst our community a population of deer in the area. Our manager, Kim Patterson, cares about her tenants. If you have any concerns she takes care of them immediately. She helps with each step off getting into an apartment. I can't say enough about Kim. Doyal our maintain man is great. He gets right on a issue you might have.
