Behind Kebab HQ are two passionate founders, Kursat and Mohsen, who share a deep love for Turkish culture and cuisine. Love my Turkish and so do these guys. Not your average shop. Tasteful set up, clean; that hints at the owners attention to detail. Got stuck into the Lamb Shish for lunch today and I must say I was bloody impressed. Flavor was great, salad fresh, the whole lot came together magically. Very impressive portion size especially considering the quality of the food. Well done guys
