Bit of a roller-coaster event with this service. Service was great at first. Got brakes done also but experienced a rubbing sound when breaking. Thought it would go away after a wear in process but it didn't. Scheduled a follow-up visit during which Keffer did a great job finding that the rotors needed additional turning. As usual, they provided great customer service the whole time.
Its always a pleasure to go to KefferMazda. Everybody is so friendly and helpful.
