Recommended RecommendedStuck in my lease; never gave an explanation for why I kept getting denied OVER AND OVER. Told the same thing over and over, over the course of two years. Will not buy from here ever again.
It's a shame to have to leave this review because we had such a positive, awesome, straightforward sales experience when buying our CX-5 at Keffer Mazda. The sales team did a great job with us. Our service experience has been horrendous though. For a smaller auto manufacturer with a brand new facility, you would think that they would try to be on point with every customer they have (especially since we were driving an hour to visit). I called in to inquire about a lease with Keffer Mazda. I had a good conversation with the sales person who then transferred me to a sales manager, where I had another good conversation. I wasn't interested in a lot of back and forth, so I told the sales manager what I was trying to accomplish, he gave me some numbers and told me he would follow up with more specific numbers as, before my scheduled appointment to come in. DO NOT BUY from Keffer Mazda. I bought a truck from there August 26 and 2 weeks later started having shifting issues with my transmission. Called the salesman I bought the car from which was on vacation so he called the service department and had the service manager pull records on my truck to see of it was covered under a 3 month 3000 mile warranty which when the service guy called me back he said YES the truck was covered and I needed to bring it in cause a motor and transmission issues were covered. Worst dealership in the Charlotte/Huntersville area!! They will sell you a car but if you expect good customer service after the purchase then go somewhere else!! And their service department is even worse!!
Asked about a car online that came from NY bc i was concerned about rust. They told me the car had no rust. Drove to the dealership to look at it an u could see the rust on the roters without even getting out of the car. Thanks Alot!!! Anything to make a buck!!
