The inspection was done promptly and I was out in 1 hour; the service crew knows how to deliver what they promise.
Came in for an oil change and it was forty degrees outside. Since the waiting area was closed (because of covid)they were going to make us sit outside at a picnic table for an hour. We told them no and left but they called us back and gave us a loaner instead. Should have told us the waiting area was closed when we scheduled.
Was overjoyed to learn about the Factory Recall on LED Daytime Running Lights for the CX-5. The replacement was handled very quickly & efficiently by Keffer Mazda. Chris and his team always provide great service
