I was very nervous for my colonoscopy, but I chose to stay awake for it and she answered all my questions as she was preforming the procedure! Very kind doctor, she took her time to make sure I knew everything that was going on so I felt comfortable.
Everything went fine. She even took the time to talk to me after the procedure. Some doctors don't do this.
This is absolutely the WORST medical office I have ever dealt with. First, they cancelled my procedure the night before it was scheduled via group text message with no explanation. I had already been on clear liquids for almost 24 hours and started the prep. Second, they are unprofessional. They don't ever answer their phones or return calls or messages. Dr. Keisha Baldeosingh is the worst doctor I had ever TRIED to see. I have been trying for more than a year to see her and have had every appointment canceled the day before. Stay away from this doctor!
My PCP referred me for a colonoscopy, but this office specializes in offering 'phone appointments' at the tune of $1200 for 5-10 minutes over the phone, only to tell me they didn't have their books open 2 months in advance and that I would need another such appointment in 2 months. No colonoscopy ever got scheduled, and I have since found a closer, more reliable gastroenterologist.
Game players, like to bill insurance just to talk to a patient about possible appointment dates. Refuse to attempt business with them any more.
Very bad they check me and they told me we send prescription to the pharmacy but I checked the pharmacy he not send it almost one week I every day call but Torrey Dooley not send the prescription to pharmacy very bad experience
Dr. Keisha never even saw me but I was charged 400$ for a phone call.
They scheduled a telephonic appointment nearly a month after I was approved for services. They never called me. I left a message, they never responded. Called again and agai just to gear a recording each time that they were busy. Garbage service!
