I signed a listing agreement with Brandon to list multiple properties. He did something pretty unethical in my opinion, therefore I've called, emailed and texted him that I want to cancel all of the current listings. He refuses to respond and refuses to send the releases. He is currently holding my listings hostage and its been week so far since he has refused to assist. If Brandon tries to dispute this, I am happy to provide screen shots of text messages and emails of clear evidence of his unlawful practice.
