Kimberlee is knowledgable and experienced. She communicated with us promply and helped us negotiate the best price on our new house. We appreciate her integity and most of all that we knew she was in our corner and wanted what was best for us.
Brandon is the worst agent my wife and I have ever used. We paid more in commissions than our signed contract stated and believe Brandon and his company are in breach of contract. He had absolutely no negotiating skills and couldn't even negotiate the buyer's Agent Fees down in order to honor his contract with us. I signed a listing agreement with Brandon to list multiple properties. He did something pretty unethical in my opinion, therefore I've called, emailed and texted him that I want to cancel all of the current listings. He refuses to respond and refuses to send the releases. He is currently holding my listings hostage and its been week so far since he has refused to assist. If Brandon tries to dispute this, I am happy to provide screen shots of text messages and emails of clear evidence of his unlawful practice.
