The process of buying a house for the first time should be exciting and enjoyable for the buyers. The reason the experience was unpleasant was because documents for the loan were requested sporadically. There seemed to be no organization in what was being requested or when. The lender also called my husband and I while at work multiple times after being told we can’t answer the phone at work.

Everything seemed to be at 12th hour rush. Confusing, I lost confidence in the skill sets represented. Poor time management and redoing of previous documents or first I don’t need documents and 2 days later I did. He would ask if I all ready signed something which really deteriorated my confidence in his level of passion and process understanding. Documents needed to be sign and required for the closing 45 minutes poor to closing. Very disappointed in a confusing process made more confusing.
