At every step the entire team was courteous and professional. Describing the team as timely would be an understatement. We closed in 17 calendar days of being under contract, something unheard of in the industry. The closing date was set early on in the process and despite several last minute issues stayed the course thanks to all involved

Keith very patiently answered all of my questions even late at night and on weekends. Uploading documents and retrieving secure documents was easy. I also received reminders that kept me on track to submit everything before closing. I highly recommend Keith and his team. I wish my loan had stayed with them rather than being sold to a different lender.

Keith and his team were extremely helpful and responsive through the entire homebuying process! On a few occasions, Keith was able to provide us documents outside of normal business hours on an almost immediate basis. That was such an advantage for us when the market moves so fast.
