Abundance of ways to prevent wire fraud was confusing. Appreciate the protections but the options seemed to double up, and all came with titles that were unfamiliar adding to that confusion. All staff interactions (phone and email) were professional and helpful, but seemed an ever-changing team. Even when I verbally said I could not e-sign on closing day---auto reminders kept coming to my inbox....buty Justin Choate could not have been more professional or efficient all through the "wet" signing.
