Thank you! Keith and his team are fantastic to work with, knowledgeable about the ins/outs of all kinds of mortgage options, and exceptionally responsive. Even our closing agent was impressed with Keith's response time and problem solving when we ran into the inevitable wrinkle in details on closing day. We have worked with Keith for a construction loan, conversion to traditional mortgage, and refinance. If we are ever in need of mortgage services again we are going straight back to Keith.

Typically have a harder time with "irrational" underwriting practices with you all as opposed to other banks being self employed. I get it, but sometimes it feels over the top crazy as opposed to the typical just regular crazy.
