Keith Spain and his team are amazing. We initially worked with another mortgage broker and were ultimately not comfortable with the interest rate, down payment and resulting monthly mortgage. At the recommendation of our real estate agent, we switched to Keith's team and all of a sudden we were able to afford the home we wanted. We literally wouldn't own our amazing home without them. Absolutely stellar job.
