Dmitri came out to repair the main light in our pool as part of our warranty. He eventually had to get in the very cold water to get the light seated correctly against the pool side once he replaced the light. He was extremely engaging, obviously loves his job, and went above and beyond to make sure the quality of the repair was up to his standards. Great job and happy to have him as our new service technician.

Viktor was quite helpful in fixing the Polaris and helping clean our pool. A combination of the Polaris not working properly and the timer not kicking the pool on high made for a less than acceptable pool. Viktor’s fixing the Polaris made a significant impact on cleaning the pool.
