After reviewing several pool companies, we chose Keith Zars to build our dream pool, a couple of years back. They did a fantastic job. From the initial consultation and design phase with Tony, they were always responsive and proactive throughout every step of the construction. There was a leak at the pump station and I called Keith Zars repair department. They scheduled an appointment for Saturday and I was grateful. After 1 P M, Ian Lewis came out and had to trace the source of the leak.It turned out that the filter tank has a plug at the bottom that was having a problem. At first the O ring seemed to be squashed. When the Oring couldn't be seated correctly, Ian discovered a crack in the plug.
