Service wasn't good the food is solid here but expect hit or miss service. We are here previously it was good and good service. Today horrible. Lady waiting on us didn't know the menu she told us we had to create our own Omlet just to change the cheese and the last visit that wasn't the case. She never came to ask how our food was after delivery. She never came by to check on our coffee refills I had to flag down to other waitresses. Since KeKe's has been bought out by Denny'a the quality and service has been taking a huge hit Since when do you have to order sausage as a side for French toast or pancakes? Too many things have gone down hill. Such a disappointment.

GO TO HOUSE OF OMELETTES!!!!!! Had a bad experience before and decided to give them another shot but had another Terrible experience. Was going to order eggs Benedict until the waiter said I could not get my eggs cooked to order. Got an egg sandwich without meat for $8. Sorry not rushing back.
Over-priced and lackadaisical customer service. I would avoid this place for breakfast.
Environment is nice, food is great. A little overpriced for what you get though. Last couple times the food has been over cooked and the wait has been incredibly long once ordered.
This morning we placed an order for pickup. My daughter said when she arrived the two young ladies working the front were very polite however the waitress Gabby that brought the food to the counter was rude and clearly hates her job. I waited 45 minutes to get a seat and then 30 min to get my breakfast because they made a mistake and serve my breakfast to a different table. when my food finally arrived they made a mistake on the pancakes order. so they just didn't charge me for that. the mistakes are normal but they have to many clients and the personal cant take care of everything
