I have tried this location several times and it's never been a good experience. Customer services is poor. However I tried to call in a to go order today. Same result. After being out on hold for 15 minutes. I called back. Only to be to "do you mind placing it online and if it doesn't work call back" what would be the difference from taking my order now and calling back? RecommendedFood is always amazing but the last few times we’ve dined here its been absolutely freezing in the restaurant. 63-65 deg probably. I want to be comfortable when I eat and its impossible to do that when your freezing!

Presentation and fruit are awesome. Pancakes and waffles taste like paper. They need a new batter recipe.
First time at Kiki’s I had heard a lot about it and was excited to go our waitress Stephanie could not remember small details as to sweet or unsweet iced tea service was slow and the food was not good along with the fact that I did not get my bread or my sausage with my meal! I will not be back to the Bradenton location

It was ok. Quality control needs to be worked on. Ordered a southwest omelet and the tomato and jalapeno were completely missing. Potatoes were tasty but a mess on the plate. Service was so so
