We walked in at 10:30am on a Friday nobody was in there...ordered for our kids first as usually because they get restless. Waitress came back without our drinks, not even waters and then took our order.. then our kids food came then our drinks...then 25 min later our food still hadn't come, I've never asked for a check before getting my meal this was horrible, don't go here there are so many better places in Ormond support local not chain junk like this

Wow! Terrible service! Brought out two Turkey Clubs with soggy wet cold toast. Explained its ice cold and was told that is how it is sold. "COLD SANDWICH". My reply- Cold sandwich on HOT TOAST. Blank look and no hot toast. I guess we will go elsewhere. Sad part is that we have eaten at other Keke's and received amazing service. This is a franchise that obviously doesn't meet standards

I've been here several times. Always get the same thing.....2 eggs OM, cheesy grits, and toast. I rave about it! Today the eggs were OHardish. Grits were just bad. Could not finish this. Service was great as usual. Will come back, but this cook today is having a bad day!

We arrived at 1pm and the restaurant was NOT busy, we got our drinks and waiter took our order , and we waited and waited and realized it was 2 pm and we had not received our food, we saw a man picking up take out orders and we felt slighted as a dine in customer, even after he picked up his take out orders, we STILL hadn't received our food, we felt like they also was trying to clean up as it was near closing by this time , needless to say it was NOT a good birthday brunch experience, my ham steak was cold and l felt like t... read more

Service has just bad! My breakfast was not good, no flavor, the mushrooms and sausage were none existent. I wasn't to order another drink for my daughter but she never came back after dropping of our food. I think they chopped up one small mushroom and half a sausage link and called it a day.

I see Keke's all over the place so I thought we would give it a try! Definitely won't do that again. The waitress was nice and they greeted us right away, but the food is nothing to rave about & it's VERY overpriced. It was over $80 for me & 3 kids. Two kids ordered the kids French toast sticks which were VERY dry and bland (they ate 2 bites & said frozen waffles are better than this) & I got them a side of scrambled eggs to share. If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. If you have kids who have specials needs, then don't bother coming here. My family and I went there to have a nice lunch after going to the doctor. My younger sister who has special needs has a special diet and needs to have her food puréed. We brought our own blender but we just needed an outlet. Half the restaurant is empty, it's 12.15pm. Snotty hostess laughs at us when we say we won't wait 15-20 minutes for a table.. said 'I don't care and giggled'. You had one shot and you blew it.
