I've never seen a restaurant that can't accommodate a dairy allergy. Everything is cooked in butter, including the omelets. No changes will be made. In this day and age, a little flexibility would go a very long way!!
Came to Keke's for the first time to have brunch. We ordered our food and it took 50 minutes to receive our food. Every guest around us left, new guests ordered, and they got their food before us. I tried to order a coke and the machines were broken. The server gave us a range of excuses for why we were waiting almost an hour for our food. Came here for a quick lunch, as we have several times before with no issue. Unfortunately this time, had a terrible experience. We were told 15-20 min wait- no problem. Other parties came in and told the same. About half an hour in, the hostess disappeared and almost no visible employees. I would say there were 5-6 tables of people sitting and the same waiting by this point. After another 15 min (45 total) we went searching for the hostess. Was there around 11:00am No wait Very cold Menu was in small print primed in high gloss so light reflecting on it made it difficult to read Ordered my to tea Asked for help with menu since I was having difficulty reading was told that was the only menu she left waited on other tables Other guests volunteered to read menu fir me I left $2 on the table to cover the tea I never touched and walked out Horrible service !!!!!!!!
Food was good for breakfast and nicely plated. Our server was delightful and the rest of the staff were courteous. I would have given five stars except the restaurant was soooo cold that I had to put my hoodie on (with the hood) The food got almost instantaneously cold. I did ask about making it warmer but was told there was nothing they could do.
The food is great but the reason for a 1 star review is because they require masks , and everyone at the host stand has their mask under their noses.. they told us we can't get a table without a mask... a couple walked in after us with no mask and that was fine .. I will not support a business that requires masks when more than half of the employees are practicing what they preach..
Hostess loud and very rude to a lady on Mother's Day all because of no mask. She didn't tell them it was mandatory and was very aggressive to the lady even after the lady told her to lower their voice. The hostess responded NOT TODAY! While I understand the need of masks in your establishment how you treat people matters more than wearing a mask to a table. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The waitress Tiffany was terrible. She made uncalled for comments throughout our meal, and was inconsistent with her service. Had to return our breakfast because it was wrong and she walked away while we were stating what was wrong. Simply walked away in the middle on the conversation-middle of the sentence! First time here for breakfast and ordered several items. Eggs benedict: this was just ok, the sauce was very bland and needed some flavor. Pancake: This was huge, unfortunately that was it's demise as it tasted more like a cake. Prefer it be thinner with a bit of an outer crust. Potatoes: These seemed undercooked and definitely cold.
