Went into kekes for 1st time with grandson who wanted "smiley" face pancake... sat down , waited for a while before the server came,,, I asked if they could do a smiley face pancake... she said no. I asked if they could just use whipped cream and do smile and eyes... she said absolutely not! I told her we were willing to pay for it and she continued to say No! These ppl do not know what they are doing. A sever never came to the table. We had ppl come in and get waited on around us. We decided to leave when the manager said she would take care of us. After taking our order she never came back to the table. When the food arrived we didn't have silverware I had to get up and ask for it. Pancake had to get up and look for syrup. No one ever ask if we needed refills which we did. I got up to speak to the manager explained we couldn't enjoy our food and lost our appetite. She made me pa... read more

Worst service I've ever experienced in my life!! Was sat and NEVER greeted. Went to leave and complained on the way out, was convinced to stay that they would make it right. Ordered drinks and food- then was NEVER checked on again. Food came and only had one set of silverware, they said they would bring it and never did! After waiting had to get up to get it ourselves! Had a pancake, was never given syrup, had to get up and get that ourselves too! Had such a terrible, uncomfortable time, couldn't eat!! Had to go tell the man... read more

We have been here a few times and it was the best, but our experience this trip was horrible. The food was not up to the standards that we had experienced before, the waffle was burnt and the eggs where not cooked to order and the server only stopped by once and did not even ask if the food was ok. I had to wait for a coffee refill. This is disappointing since we took a taxi from the strip just to eat here and it was disappointing

Not much protein to have. Just simple stuffs. Service is great but food wise I do not recommend to come here for simple stuffs.

After arriving at the restaurant, being seated we waited at 7 minutes before someone came and offered us coffee or water.the ordered meals came rather quickly,we understood why,it was luke warm. Experience was nothing to brag about. Glad I tried it, on to the next.

Ugh! I hate leaving bad reviews, but tjis place was just not it. The ambience was good and the servers were good. The food was at beat mediocre. Nothing special. It was overpriced as well. There are many other breakfast joints that are better. Don't waste your time.

After reading all the glowing reviews, my sister and I decided to check out KeKe's. From the moment we walked in, we noticed how spotless and tastefully decorated it was, and the staff greeted us with genuine warmth. Now, onto the food... The manager tried kicking us out because of service dog. I brought my service dog (she has certification and a red collar on her neck) to this restaurant, and it's supposed to be "pet friendly". Their employees sat us and gave our dog a bowl of water. Then the manager came took the water away stating that it was for sanitary reasons. That's fine. The manager came back and gave us the check 5 mins after our food was served, without us asking for it, and said nothing. We both got the vibe of getting kicked out. On our way out ... read more
