I used to LOVE this place. Has taken a serious dip in service and food quality. Waited way too long for basic breakfast food that came out cold. Better off going to Perkins for the level of food you get. It's cheaper there.

First off - todays lunch for ridiculously priced - $7.00 for side of fruit that never was served- NEVER SAID fruit was extra ! Asked for a grilled chicken sandwich no cheese lettuce and tomato only - it was served as a panini with cheese - everything was an up charge - so disappointed!!!!!!

The restaurant was completely packed and there didn't seem to be any social distancing or any changes since the pandemic started other than the barcode scan menus. This was a bit disappointing. The Service: the service was average, i didn't feel special walking in the door nor by my server but that's okay. We had to waive down our server several times just for refills. Lousy service; french toast was cold; syrup wasn't provided with that meal and had to be asked for. When asked, was initially told there would be an upcharge! [That wasn't applied to the bill, probably due to sloppiness, not policy]. Floor was sticky; staff seemed to be half asleep and probably needed a lot of the diluted, watery coffee that they served there.

I was a bit underwhelmed by this location of Kekes, I have given it 2 shots and both times something was left to be desired. The most recent visit was a brunch date with the hubs. I got the egg Benedict and he got the buffalo chicken omelet. First, his food came out and then mine about 4 minutes later (same thing happened when I met my gf for lunch) which I think is awful. Service is fine. But there a bug in the salad. So watch what's in your salad people. **see attached photo. Obviously we won't be back.

Don't go to this location if you want to sit and have conversation after you are done with your food. If they are on a wait you may be asked to get up because they need your table. The manager did this to my friends and I after we finished our food at brunch. Totally rude and unacceptable to be asked to leave as a paying customer because they needed our table. We will not be back to this location. We will just go 4 miles up the road to the Lake Mary location from now on.

I ordered the egg and cheese sandwich with bacon and my wife the grilled chicken sandwich. With all I had heard about this restaurant I expected a nice thick scrambled egg sandwich. Instead it was a single over fried egg and what looked to be a half slice of cheese on two slices of wheat bread and no bacon. I had to ask for the bacon. Although their food is decent, ordering take out is the worst. We drive a truck so we eat out the bulk of the week. A nice hot meal is what we strive for. Sometimes we only get breakfast and then dinner supper late at night. So we want good food when we eat. The last 5 times we ordered take out it was either wrong or cold - mostly cold.
