Worse service. Food ok but order not complete Had to wait a long time for someone to wait on us. Charged someone else's table to my bill and manager took a long time to correct the bill To much stress to go back again.

Purchased 2 breakfast's; 2 orders bacon; 1 stand alone fruit cup; 1 kids fruit cup and 1 exchange upgrade fruit cup, 2 Iced Teas and one kids drink.... over charged for everything .... cost $75.00 plus tip - which is insane for 2 breakfast orders. This is not a 5 star restaurant at Disney or Miami. Its a chain and I am done with this over price food, its ok but not great and does not match up to the prices. We will not be back. I love Keke's. I'd rather come here then go to any other breakfast spot. Customer service is very important to me. The manager George was not the type of manager I thought would be able to work here with the high standards I hold this company to. Trying to have a subtle conversation with someone that wants to laugh and talk extremely loud letting everyone know your conversation really sets the tone for the establishment. This was my first time to Keke's. The staff was friendly and the service was in a timely manner. However the food simply wasn't there flavor wise. The French toast tasted bland and really wasn't very impressive. It was much larger pieces than I expected though. The potatoes weren't very hot and needed seasoning. I used to LOVE this place. Has taken a serious dip in service and food quality. Waited way too long for basic breakfast food that came out cold. Better off going to Perkins for the level of food you get. It's cheaper there.
First off - todays lunch for ridiculously priced - $7.00 for side of fruit that never was served- NEVER SAID fruit was extra ! Asked for a grilled chicken sandwich no cheese lettuce and tomato only - it was served as a panini with cheese - everything was an up charge - so disappointed!!!!!!
The restaurant was completely packed and there didn't seem to be any social distancing or any changes since the pandemic started other than the barcode scan menus. This was a bit disappointing. Lousy service; french toast was cold; syrup wasn't provided with that meal and had to be asked for. When asked, was initially told there would be an upcharge! [That wasn't applied to the bill, probably due to sloppiness, not policy]. Floor was sticky; staff seemed to be half asleep and probably needed a lot of the diluted, watery coffee that they served there.
I was a bit underwhelmed by this location of Kekes, I have given it 2 shots and both times something was left to be desired. The most recent visit was a brunch date with the hubs. I got the egg Benedict and he got the buffalo chicken omelet. First, his food came out and then mine about 4 minutes later (same thing happened when I met my gf for lunch) which I think is awful.
