My husband and I have been to several KeKes locations throughout central Florida, although all have been wonderful, Sanford certainly stands out for being quick, clean, and courteous staff. Everything on the menu has been delicious so far - the stuffed French toasts are hid favorite, very decadent, filling, mouthwatering. Came here for the first time and honestly it won't be the last. Not only was the food delicious but their service was great. Our waitress ( I apologize I forgot her name) would check in on us frequently to make sure If we needed anything or were doing ok. Kekes is a great breakfast spot!
Forget that the food was absolutely DELICIOUS (we all had omelets but off calories weren't a concern, their waffles look like HEAVEN!), you need to ask to sit in Jessica's section!! Jessica has the hands down BEST customer service I have ever experienced. She was just an absolute pleasure. Keke's never disappoints. I know no business can be perfect 100% of the time. However, I have never been disappointed with Keke's. Their food, their staff, and their prices are all wonderful.
i just wanted to talk about the great service that we received while eating breakfast here. The server Jacquelin was just amazing, because of her, the food arrived on time, no mistakes were made in the ordering process, and the food was given to us in perfect condition.
Jessica R served us and was wonderful. She made our experience superb. I got the portabella omelette added steak and the result was heaven! Pancakes run a little dry, I'd would get the French toast instead. Loved this place. Wish I could find a breakfast spot like this in Texas. ASK FOR JESSICA!
This was my first time at the restaurant and it was great. I live in Virginia and was down visiting. My mother raves about this place always telling me how her and her friends meet here every Saturday morning. And now I know why. The biggest pancakes I've ever seen. Fluffy and good to taste. The good was great. We were in a group and everyone was extremely satisfied. Look forward to returning next time I'm in town
This WAS the best breakfast spot and we went there every week. Recently, things have changed. Walking in, we realized that much of the floor was sticky. The men's room was a mess (dirty water in the floor), and the wrapped silverware was cloudy. We learned that the wonderful manager had been let go. Clearly, this restaurant has lost its charm. Food and service were still good, but the whole package isn't there.
