This was my second visit (weekday, not terribly busy) and the second time I sent back cold food. I waited and waited for what seemed live forever, while our server had a long conversation about the news at another table. They had clearly forgotten that I was still waiting for my order. I finally called the server over and told her to cancel my order. No visit by the manager before we left. Never again! ��
Keke's please please please find a way to make your coffee stronger!! Adding creamer to what basically turns out to be flavorless hot boiling water isn't fun.
RecommendedEverything was good only yesterday I went and order my food and say no Bacon , they bring my order and it had bacon in it.. they took it back and say they will make a new order but they came two minutes later back with the food and say your order is redone . Awful service (Laura) and food! After visit this place many times I get tired of big plates without flavor and also today service wasn't good also a little racist. Girl you are going to have many Puertoricans customers like me this days with a very bad accent like me so deal with that and smile, that is what a good server suppose to do! Please do something with the coffee.... you are a breakfast place without a good coffee or steamed milk?
Not our next pick if we are planning a morn breakfast on the road! Hate the plates they serve the eggs and fries, super uncomfortable to eat food; hate the options of fries, you gotta stick to their options take it or leave it, coffee is horrible, not the best french toast, place would never accommodate my family of 11 as we love to go out together and too pricey for portions served! Selling huge pancakes does not mean its a balanced breakfast!
Very sad experience. My party was called and my family member was 5-10 minutes out. They would not let us sit to get drinks started. When I went to sit down all the seats were taken. At 9 months pregnant they would not make an exception. The teenagers at the front had no empathy. Kekes hunters creek just lost my business and the business of all my family and friends.
The food was good and the pancakes are very large. The only negative was the service was slow.
Pedí waffles y estaba bueno pero no me impresionó. Realmente nada llamativo. Ni un azúcar ni una frutita por encima para decorar. El mesero fue muy diligente pero el café es como si abrieran un grifo de agua y lo devolví. Como decimos los boricuas...buen sitio pero no me muero por volver.
The server was nice but our food was luke warm almost cold. Your restaurant needs to make sure that the food is HOT. We had to send it back but other than that the portions were good for the price.
