I understand that businesses and restaurants get busy, but what happened at this establishment today was insane. We were told we would have. 20-30minute wait, which was fine. Until an hour after we arrived, and we had not been seated, yet everyone who had entered after us, but knew the manager had been seated, whether they were parties of 1 or 5. I was there two times and there was HAIR in the food.. Yuck, never again, plus it was very overpriced
This was my first time there very nice clean restaurant food was great would love to give this a five because the food was very good but the service was horrible. Will try it one more time.
RecommendedFood is always great. Service was awful. The waiter told us "you picked a bad day, we are really busy". We had to keep asking the waitress from another table to get him!
Food was underwhelming and overpriced for breakfast. Great service though
Well first things first the coffee was not hot. Than I tried the omelette with bacon cheese and tomato and the bacon was like rubber. They also put the tomato and bacon on top of it instead of inside which that would not of mattered if the bacon was crispy but it was like they used bacon crumbles from a bag. Really disappointed.
RecommendedFood was great though not 100% accurate, service was okay (continually needed to flag down waitress for refill and condiments) and food took forever to come out... Could hear the chef yelling at runners from our table to do their jobs correctly. Overall the taste of food was enough to get 4 stars, front of house staff either needs more training or they just need to get rid of those who are sub par because it's a shame they bring down the rating for the place
