You can never go wrong with the food here, it's always amazing. The fruit is fresh (and they don't skimp), potatoes are perfectly crispy, and the selection leaves you always wanting to come back and try something new. This spot is short on personnel and you will notice it in the wait and the quality of the food . I ordered oatmeal and it was dry and I had to send it back. The English muffin was kinda burnt too. There was a confusion with my friends order too. I heard they were waiting for the district Manager to visit them today. Let me start by saying this place has to be the best breakfast spot in Orlando. The place was packed but my food still managed to come out quick. Great customer service even from the host. The pancakes here are hugggeee and tasty. I couldn't even finish my food. This is definitely a good breakfast spot in Orlando!
Food was good I got the portabella eggs with home fries. The reason for the 3 stars doesn't have to do with the food but more so with the service. Again food is good but service can be better. Yes it was a Sunday, and it was busy, so the long wait to be seated and even the long wait to be served is understandable, but when my mom was asking for clarification on the menu for the "make your own combo." Decided to try Keke's for the first time and it was delicious! The host was friendly and our server Deedee was amazing (Sorry if I spelled that incorrectly). We literally walked in and were seated right away. Decided to try the eggs Benedict and it was delicious. The hollandaise sauce was OK. I came to this Keke's 15 minutes before closing and they were nice enough to have me and make me lunch, I was around the area because I was supposed to go to a different place and it was close, when I came in to Keke's I let them know what happened and they let me in. My fiancé and I had an amazing experience at Kekes this morning. There is a new manager named Al, he was awesome! Our food came out in a timely manor and Al personally came and checked on our table as well as seemed to walk around and do checks at all of the tables! It truly made a difference in our experience today and we will be coming back next weekend!

We were in the Waterford Lakes area to look at another store nearby and remembered that this location was here. It was earlier in the morning, so we were ready for breakfast and this was a perfect fit. They have a good sized parking lot and there is a decent amount of waiting space in front of the restaurant if you have to wait for a table.
