The service was not good. We had to ask others to have our server to come to the table for coffee refills. Twice. And we had to ask for basics like jelly and cream. And she never came to the table for payment, making us think we paid at the front, only to get up there and find out they had to go get the server to check us out. Entered with high expectations. A new place to try. Looked inviting. The menu seemed pricey, but I decided to see if it was worth it. Anyway it wasn't First my sunny side up eggs were overcooked and cold. The home fries were over cooked and flavorless. My wife's omelette was flat and oddly flavored Management was gracious and comped my bill,service was mediocre. I won't be back

I'll start with " I'll never be going to this brand again ". It looks like a 1st Watch , Egg & I , or Wild Eggs but it's not. The servers & host were good and the food def avg. The menu structure is horrible, not pairing any items in normal manner. You have to order one of their combos and then add on , order completely a la cart , or just not get what you would at other breakfast places. Food: chicken and waffles might as well have been called chicken and nuggets. Seriously guys, waffle to chicken ratio was off, tasted like frozen chicken tenders reheated. Subpar at best! Not worth a stop in good clean place however the food was cold and the service a bit slow. Thinking need to go back and give them another try

Poor breakfast service. The restaurant was not even busy considering it was a holiday. My meal came before my coffee. I had to ask for coffee twice. And then I had to keep asking for a refill. I felt that the waitress was being phony nice. This is not a place that I would come back to.

I wanted to like it there I tried it a few times unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back! The prices are crazy expensive but I don't mind for quality and quantity but trying omelette there with the smallest Bacon bits I've ever seen.. and they came out burnt and brown! They did replace it but it was still very skimpy and disappointing. The pancakes were huge but nothing special! The service has always been excellent and they do try to please you!

Food was amazing. Server not so much. I don't even know what her name was.we waited at least 5 minutes before being greeted. Then she took our food and beverage order and it was a another 7 minutes before we got our drinks. We asked for extra butter and jelly so she would not have to run. We didn't get any. Had to ask for it. Forgot to ring in one of our orders so we had to wait. Never pre bussed our table Thank goodness the food was amazing. Might not come back
It was worth a try. VERY cramped booths along window. Had the turkey club. The meat was basically folded and placed in the center of the bread. This made the sandwich far too wide, incompressible and just plain messy. In addition, coming from a salt everything person, the meat was moist; but, too salty by magnitudes. Fountain drink was well balanced and pleasurable.
