Service is horrible. Some of the servers are rude. Orders aren't ready in time! When food is cooked, they over cook it because they are rushing the orders and it's cooked too much. I use to love Keke's a lot, but I will no longer be eating there. The quality of Keke food and service has gone down dramatically over the years. Very unfortunate. Good food, awful service. On 8/8/25, I called 10-15 times to place a pickup order--no answer, just a disconnected-sounding recording. On 8/9/25, I tried again. Three separate calls, repeatedly put on hold for 5-7 minutes each time, no one ever came back to take payment. I finally hung up and left their parking lot without ordering. This isn't the first time Keke's has dropped the ball--whether dining in, using DoorDash, or calling ahead, the service is consistently slow, disorganized, and frustrating.

Usually we love Kekes. This time we waited for 50 minutes on a not busy Saturday for our food to come. Then, our chicken and waffles came with malnourished chicken tenders. Saddest I've seen before. The wait staff and manager was very nice though and applied a discount for out wait time. That was the only redeeming quality. Very disappointed in the chicken and waffles though

Food was decent. Service was terrible. The place was not busy but it took 40 minutes to get breakfast and our waiter didn't check up on us or offer us fresh coffee. Overpriced and not worth another try.

Food was basic it's overrated and overpriced food you can make at home it's nothing special. White guy with music notes tatted on his neck was obnoxious yelling in the kitchen for I don't know what reason and I'm sitting far away from kitchen I can hear him, potatoes weren't even cooked right, I wouldn't come back unless I wanted to handout money like an idiot.

This has to be one of the worst breakfast spots in all of Boynton. This is the third time a pickup order has taken more than 40 minutes to complete. All I ordered was French toast. Mind you there's 3 tables seated in the entire place. First time hostess seemed like she just woke up and didn't put my order through. This time different hostess but my ticket gets put in 35 minutes after ordering. That's absolutely ridiculous. No customer service skills whatsoever and they won't even let you speak to the manager. Took my mom out for breakfast and thought we'd try this place. Her eggs Benedict looked pretty but didn't taste like we're used to. Sliced potatoes that came with it were delicious & fresh. I ordered ham steak, scrambled eggs with a pancake. The ham & eggs were over cooked. The pancake was good and the size of the plate. Our server Enrique was really nice. My husband and I went here (Wellington) because of the great reviews.I don't know if we came on a bad day or a new kitchen staff but it was NOT good. Perhaps the high prices made the experience sting more. I've never written a bad restaurant review but I had to say something. My husband ordered the combo(15.99)...pancake, eggs, and bacon.
