Customer service is excellent established is always clean and food is great!! Try the loaded apple cinnamon french toast.... Blew my mind

Each franchise is very well organized. Fast service, normally friendly and helpful servers. A bit pricey. Fresh fruit! Employee perks need adjusting, more breaks. They keep servers running. Pleasant clean restaurant. Breakfast menu has lots of healthy choices. A good stop to enjoy catching up with friends while munching. This review pertains to Keke's in Citrus Park, Dale Mabry Carrollwood and fairly new location next to Publix in Seabreeze plaza. I have yet to eat at the Ulmerton Rd location.

My husband and I came on Valentine's Day around 10am for brunch. The wait was very short, thought the restaurant was packed. Our server was very nice and checked on us several times. The food came out very quick and thought the restaurant was packed it was not loud. Also, you could hear someone in the kitchen giving orders, which was nice to know someone was running the kitchen (probably why the food was so fast) and it did not interrupt our meal at all. 10/10 will come again!

If loving Keke's Apple Cinnamon French Toast is wrong, I simply refuse to be right. One bite in and I genuinely questioned every breakfast choice I have ever made in my life. Why have I been eating regular toast like a peasant when this masterpiece exists?? The apples are perfectly tender, the cinnamon hits like a warm hug, and the whole thing tastes like autumn and serotonin had a baby. My mother and I visited Keke's for the first time. The food was good but some of it was cold. We had omelettes and French toast. The wait staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean (didn't use the bathroom). But things like sweetener, creamers were not on the tables. You have to request them. Unfortunately my beverage was cold by the time creamer arrived (and I had to ask twice). Please, just put the stuff on the table along with the beverage.

A very very pleasant waitress Italia! She was prompt, friendly and just a great server in general. The food was delicious! The restaurant was clean. Definitely will be back!!
