Robert provided our service this last time and was thorough and a very kind gentleman! Loved his sense of humor and analogies. He treated the house and exterior professionally and with no intrusive nature…these folks and their techs have been spot on from the word go and we appreciate them much. After a national company rep talked with me about termites and the plan he offered, he DID NOT do an inspection!! When questioned, he said he was not allowed to go under the house. That did it! I didn’t take his contract and canceled the regular service That’s when I called jell o, got a thorough inspection and signed up for the termite plan for protection. I have been quite pleased with the outcome.
