Keller Design did a great job! I replaced the carpet in my walk-in closet and the hardwood installation was very fast and clean. The crew was finished in couple of hours, they cleaned as well. Great job, guys!!!!
We had our carpet replaced in the bedrooms and new wood floors in the remainder of the house. ***** and **** were great to work with, they do not give up until you are satisfied. That says a lot to me. My floors are BEAUTIFUL!
They did a pretty good job and it looks great. However, when walking across the floor, some planks feel solid and others you hear and feel them push down like the floor isnt level. They used leveling compound, but it doesnt seem like it is level.I didnt notice this at first but seems to have gotten worse over time.
Excellent service, install was great and it was completed on time. Definitely worth the call to get a quote.
They removed the old carpet installed my new flooring in one day except for a a couple of transition pieces, but came back and finished that the next morning. They did a great job!I plan on using them to replace the rest of my flooring.
