My regular hygienist was out sick. Although the sub was very good and I am very satisfied with my cleaning, she never introduced herself nor did she tell me my regular was out sick. I had to ask what was going on. Also, she questioned my understanding about my insurance (of which she was giving me the wrong information) and other issues which, as a sub, she had no business doing. In my opinion she should have simply introduced herself, told me why she was there, cleaned my teeth, and end of subject.

On Time! My appointment was for 3/14/15 @ 11am. Foolish me, I showed up 15-20 early thinking that I may get in a little sooner, or at the least, on time. Wrong on both accounts. When I arrived, I was the only one in the lobby. It soon filled, and all other patients proceeded to be called, except for me. Finally, after 15-20 minutes past 11, I was called to the back. Disappointed The service was good, but I'm very disappointed that after 15 years of bringing you my business, that your book keeper was unwilling to make a payment arrangements for recommended future services, because other people have outstanding balances, when I never have in all the time I've been a client. For this reason I did not schedule an appoint for recommended and will be looking elsewhere for dental services for myself and three sons.

love the service and Ileen. she is good at cleaning my teeth and is such a wonderful person. I recently bought a Groupon for your services for my son since he no longer has insurance. I thought it would be good for him to get his teeth cleaned but was told he couldn't use it cause he was not a new customer. So I received a refund and bought one from another dentist who was very happy to have our business. Think thats bad for family dental.

It's nice to go to a dentist who doesn't say you need a new crown or new bridge and doesn't want to replace one you already have. It feels great not to have to dread going to the dentist because you think it's going to end up costing you thousands of dollars.
