Terrible. The assistant that took me back to see the dr never introduced herself to me, but grilled me up and down as to why blood work had not been received yet. She was just nasty. Then the Dr. came in and she was rude as well, never said hi how have you been feeling. She sat in her chair swung around to her desk and said what exactly are you here for? I have no blood work. Whoever works the front desk should be fired. I was told SOMEONE cancelled my appt but that someone was not me. They had some else's information in my chart !! 45 min drive to be told they have to reschedule because of their mistake!! If that wasn't bad enough it was a 3 month wait!! Unacceptable.they werent even closed yet and refused to see us. I hope they get sick and have to wait 6 months to see a dr. Ive been told by others that this isn't the first time that happened

Will not recommend. I was with Dr. Loftus for 4+ years. She was ok, but I could never get through to her office on the phones, nor could my Health insurance rep. The office staff were often short with me .

Will not recommend. Dr. Loftus was fine, however you can't get through to her office on the phones, nor could my prescription company. I'm a diabetic and have been off my medications for over 3 weeks. When I showed her a print out of an email from my prescription company (Express Scripts) saying they couldn't reach the office to obtain confirmation. She went on and on about their phones ring off the hook. If you want a caring Dr. do not go to her.
